Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and professional installation services across the UAE. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or service, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your product or completion of service.

After 10 days from delivery or service completion, we cannot offer any refund or exchange under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be in its original packaging
• Not show signs of damage, alteration, improper storage, or incorrect installation not carried out by our team

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility conditions.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please include:

• Order or invoice number
• Product name or service details
• Reason for return/refund
• Clear photos (if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If confirmed, we will cover the return shipping or replacement cost.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection (Non-Custom Items Only):
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.


4. Custom or Made-to-Order Flooring & Installation Services

Products customized according to client measurements, cutting sizes, specific shades, or special orders (including SPC flooring, parquet, laminate, vinyl rolls, carpet cutting, stair finishing, and installation services) are considered custom orders.

Custom orders and installation services are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product supplied
• Installation result significantly different from agreed specifications

Clients are strongly advised to verify measurements, material selection, shade, thickness, and specifications before confirming custom flooring orders.


5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Restocking Fee: AED 0.00


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection.
• If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Delivery and installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your delivery arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged material.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. Order & Service Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided material cutting, customization, or installation has not begun.

Once production, cutting, or installation has started, cancellation may not be accepted and costs incurred will be deducted.
