6. Custom & Made-to-Order Flooring
Certain flooring products may be cut, prepared, ordered, or customized according to specific customer requirements.
Custom flooring may include cut-to-size materials, special-order products, specific patterns, selected colors, customized quantities, stair finishing, or other made-to-measure requirements.
Once customization, cutting, procurement, or production has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where required by applicable law or where a confirmed product or service defect exists.
Customers should verify the material, color, quantity, measurements, thickness, pattern, and specifications before approving a custom order.
